See that little stump? Well, that's where it was! Peruvian Antpitta was a much wanted bird for me having looked for it in the forests of San Isidro over the last few years. This one didn't call back - just popped out onto the trail a couple of times. White-bellied Antpitta in the same area was a real bonus too.
